0 - Lux

0LUX is a supernatural / found footage inspired horror which follows a man clearing out his recently deceased father's house. He discovers his father’s treasured camcorder which provides him with a bittersweet glimpse of his father for the last time.

Directors note: This one has a special place for me as it features my very first camera. The camera featured a nightvision/infrared mode called 0LUX. This camera enabled me to start my filmmaking career and a huge part of that was my Nan. Out of all the early films I made, the films with my Nan were by far everyones favourites. So I made more. So many happy memories of my Nan and the films we made are tied to this camera, what if this camera let me see her again, how incredible that experience would be. As a horror filmmaker it led me to thinking what if that experience wasn't something you would want to see.
